Mike Cooke, LEED AP is an energetic leader with more than twelve years of experience construction experience. Before joining Colmar, Mike spent 10 years with Rentenbach Constructors where his career was divided between project management in the field and project development, where he built relationships with clients through early project guidance and team coordination.
A 2005 graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Mike grew up in a construction and a property development-oriented family business, where technical expertise and customer service went hand-in-hand. Before joining Colmar, Mike provided field coordination and management of complex healthcare, hospitality, and adaptive-re-use projects for Rentenbach Constructors, with project values in excess of $30M.

Gino received his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from The Citadel. He began his career with Fluor Daniel as a field engineer and later became a project manager. His first project was the $45 million Peace Center of the Performing Arts in Greenville, SC. He developed his broad construction experience through a variety of commercial and industrial projects which included: GM Automotive Plant modernization, Lordstown, OH; construction of new jails in McKinney, Angleton, and El Paso, TX; Greenville County Courthouse, Greenville, SC; and the Church Street parking garage, Greenville, SC.
After working at Fluor Daniel, Gino went to Vercon Construction, Inc. where he concentrated on commercial, light industrial, assisted living, and multifamily construction. In two years he closed-out and turned over 1,600 multifamily units (apartments and condos).
In 2003, Gino joined Pierce Homes of Carolina as Vice President of construction. His responsibilities included all aspects of construction and managed land development, purchasing, estimating, production, design, and warranty departments.
Gino founded Colmar Contracting, Inc. in 2008 and continues to provided quality construction and services to businesses throughout the southeast.
Jeff Prague- Assistant Project Manager
Tony Prevo joins the Colmar Contracting team with twelve years experience in the construction industry. Prior to coming to Colmar, Tony was an assistant project manager and project manager for Samet Corporation for eight years as well as a project manager at Shelco for two years. He has vast experience in multi family construction and completed three $20 million plus projects while at Samet.
Tony received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University. He is a well-rounded project executive with multiple skills in team leading, estimating, scheduling and negotating.

Jeff Prague received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Jeff comes to Colmar Contracting with ten years of industry experience. He developed his strong technical skills while an assistant project manager with Engineered Building Products where he was responsible for coordinating various metal fabrication and structural-steel erection projects.
Prior to working with Engineered Building Products, Jeff held various positions at a general contractor and structural engineering firm where he gained experience with scheduling, take-offs, and construction management.
